CLIVIA ROSSO DOP

THE WINE

Clivia Rosso offers a fresh and vibrant interpretation of the Montepulciano grape. Through a carefully calibrated 10-day maceration and exclusive ageing in stainless steel, this wine beautifully preserves the immediacy of its primary fruit. In the glass, it displays an intense ruby red color enhanced by brilliant violet reflections. The bouquet is remarkably clean and fruit-forward, characterized by pronounced, inviting notes of black cherry and fresh plum. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied, delivering a dynamic mouthfeel focused on everyday drinkability. The tannins are present yet agile and well-integrated, ensuring a smooth, harmonious sip that concludes with a clean and satisfying finish.
