THE WINE
Tintilia del Molise DOP represents an authentic and proud expression of Molise's flagship indigenous grape. Vinified exclusively in stainless steel to meticulously preserve its varietal purity, this wine offers an intensely aromatic profile and a remarkably balanced structure, beautifully enhanced by an essential period of bottle ageing. In the glass, it displays an intense ruby red color with pronounced violet reflections. The nose is broad and captivatingly spicy, revealing characteristic notes of black pepper and ripe wild berries, such as blackberry and black cherry, elegantly combined with delicate hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and remarkably persistent. The tannins, while typical of the varietal's spirited nature, are expertly polished by the bottle refinement.
