ALTITUDINE: 500 metri s.l.m.
TECNICHE DI ALLEVAMENTO: Guyot, densità 4.000 ceppi/Ha.
TECNICHE DI PRODUZIONE: poichè le due varietà hanno epoche di maturazione diverse, vengono raccolte e vinificate separatamente. Ultimata la fermentazione alcolica, i vini vengono assemblati per essere avviati all'affinamento in tonneaux, dove rimangono per almeno 15 mesi.
NOTE DEGUSTATIVE: rubino intenso. Al naso spiccano frutti rossi e note vegetali. In bocca è pieno, mediamente tannico, lungo e persistente.
