Our boutique winery, nestled in the hills of Assisi, produces Assisi DOC wines — a certification we helped pioneer — Umbria IGT wines, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For generations, we have worked organically and sustainably, respecting both the Earth and our consumers' health. We avoid chemicals at every stage, harness renewable energy through photovoltaic panels, work manually in the vineyards, and use only minimal gaseous sulfur dioxide.
