Castellare Spumante Extra Brut

Castellare Sbaffi Bianco: Scacchi Method Sparkling Wine Extra Brut vintage obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Maturation on the lees for at least 60 months. The sparkling wine has a deep straw yellow color. The perlage is intense, creamy and elegant with fine, numerous and persistent bubbles. On the nose there is an important, intense and fragrant aromatic freshness. The taste is savory, harmonious, broad and deep.
