Located in the heart of Monteu Roero, BAJAJ by Adriano Moretti represents the perfect intersection of deep-rooted respect for the land and a bold contemporary vision. Adriano, a dynamic and independent winemaker, cultivates native varieties such as Arneis, Favorita, Barbera and Nebbiolo according to the principles of sustainable farming. In the cellar, his signature style is expressed through the skillful use of ceramic amphorae, preserving the integrity of the fruit and the distinctive minerality of the Roero sands. Every bottle is an authentic sensory experience that celebrates biodiversity, innovation, and the purest soul of the Piedmont region. Only 20.000 thousands bottles produced every year using only from winey owned vineyards
